We spend so much time talking about what the software does. Features matter, but experience does too. That's why we've been refreshing a few of NeoPeople's dashboards—not because they were broken, but because good design is never finished.

Huge shoutout to our programmers, as always, for keeping NeoPeople modern.

Or, as I like to say... cuter.

If you're new here, I'm Kareena. I normally write about the realities of work and the conversations worth having. Today, we're trading thought pieces for a closer look at the product.

Let’s talk dashboards. They're one of the first things you see when you log in, so we figured they deserved a little love too.

Same Functionality. Better Visibility.

Here's what's new.

HR Administrators Dashboard

HR admins already juggle enough. We made their busiest dashboard a little easier to keep up with.

The refreshed HR dashboard brings pending leave requests, overtime approvals, workforce updates, birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, upcoming events, team activities, and workforce snapshots into a cleaner, more organized view. Everything is still right where you'd expect it—just easier to spot, scan, and act on throughout your day.

Manager Self-Service Dashboard

A manager's day is full of decisions. Finding the information they need shouldn't slow them down.

Pending leave requests, overtime, team activities, birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, and today's events are all presented in a cleaner layout, helping managers stay on top of their team's day at a glance.

Employee Self-Service Dashboard

Employees log in for quick answers, so we made sure the dashboard feels just as straightforward.

Leave balances, check-ins, earnings, allowances, deductions, company holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and conversations are all still just a click away—now presented in a cleaner, more modern layout that's easier to navigate.

Payroll Administrator Dashboard

Payroll comes with enough numbers already. Your dashboard shouldn't add to the clutter.

We fixed that.

The refreshed Payroll dashboard keeps payroll totals, allowances, deductions, TD4s, and payslip email queues front and center, making it easier to monitor what needs your attention at a glance.

Sometimes, it's the little improvements that make the biggest difference. The way you work hasn't changed—just the experience around it.

We're rolling this out bit by bit, so if it's not live for you yet, it'll show up soon.
